1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sesame seeds (10g)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional Toppings:
30g chopped walnuts
2 tbsp desiccated coconut (20g)

Step 1 - In a small bowl, combine the tahini, cottage cheese, and your chosen sweetener. Mix well until smooth and creamy
Step 2 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown
Step 3 - While bread is toasting, slice the bananas diagonally into medium-thick pieces
Step 4 - Spread the sweetened tahini-cottage cheese mixture evenly across all toast slices (about 45g per slice)
Step 5 - Arrange banana slices over the creamy spread
Step 6 - Sprinkle with cinnamon and sesame seeds
Step 7 - If using, top with chopped walnuts and desiccated coconut
Step 8 - Finish with a tiny pinch of sea salt
Step 9 - Serve immediately while the toast is still warm
