Step 1 - Wash and peel the fresh ginger root using a spoon or vegetable peeler to remove the skin completely.
Step 2 - Chop the ginger into small pieces to make juicing or blending easier and more efficient.
Step 3 - If using a juicer, feed the ginger pieces through slowly, alternating with small amounts of water to help extraction.
Step 4 - If using a high-speed blender, add filtered water first, then ginger pieces and blend on high for 60 seconds until completely pulverised.
Step 5 - Strain the ginger mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing the pulp firmly to extract maximum liquid.
Step 6 - Add fresh lemon juice and orange juice to the strained ginger liquid and stir well.
Step 7 - Warm the honey slightly if needed to make mixing easier, then whisk it into the juice mixture until completely dissolved.
Step 8 - Add turmeric, cayenne pepper, and black pepper, whisking thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Step 9 - Pour into small shot glasses or store in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Step 10 - Shake or stir well before each use and consume immediately after pouring for maximum potency.
